new to the site! hope all is well..i was reading about phentramin-d and a website gave it great reviews. im currently on the sbd but was curious to try and jumpstart more weightloss. has anyone every tried it? or know someone who has? cause you know how diet websites like to soup up all these pills to build business!!

And deep down you must know that no diet pill works and some are down right dangerous. If this really worked, there would be long lines of people trying to purchase it, it would be on all the news casts, tv coverage, etc. Save your money because all it will do is lighten your wallet and perhaps damage your health.

EXACTLY! The only true way to lose weight and keep it off is change your eating habits and follow a low calorie, balanced diet, and exercise. There is no "Miracle Pill" out there. Some diet pills will cause you to lose weight temporarily, but as soon as you go back to your regular way of eating and go off the pills, you will regain the weight you lost and then some.

These pills are potentially dangerous, and expensive.
