Here is my day if I can successfully resist my son's chocolate mousse birthday cake -- not bloody likely.

Morning

veggie booty 2

Midday
boca spicy "chicken" patty 3
ww mini pita 1
soy drink 3

Evening
miso soup 1
edamame 1
sushi 3
hibachi veggies with bean curd 3
rice 2
Japanese dessert 3

Total (I hope): 26
