Medifast - Today I'm starting MediFast again--after a year and a half hiatus

Hello!

The first time I did Medifast (a year and a half ago), it worked really well for me and I knew that if I got 'in trouble' again, it was what I would come back to. It's the only way I've found to do low carb as a vegetarian. :carrot:

Well...after moving twice in the past year AND a ton of job and family stress :dizzy:, my weight is back up. The good news is that my life is now much less stressful (maybe even better than before...?...), so I know that I can get my weight back where I want. I've got the time, energy, and the right attitude to put into it. :dancer:

Now this is amazing to me: I received my complete month of MF products within two business days of my order. I was expecting a full week before I could start. Apparently living in Philadelphia instead of Houston, makes the delivery (coming from Maryland...duh...) much faster. So even sooner than expected: Day 1 has begun.

I'm looking forward to meeting you and sharing our experience!
Carol.

Hello All... I am doing Medi for the second time. I am really excited and in the right frame of mind to go all the way. My goal is to lose over 100 lbs which in totality is way too daunting a task to think about, so with support and taking things slowly.. I am hopeful. I plan to start later on today. Wish me luck!

Christie,
Good luck. Know you will be a success. I, too, tried many diet plans, and this one works! I have lost 60 lbs so since Jan. 1, 2009. My hubby has lost 23 pounds in just 5 weeks. I have 70 to go!
This plan really reduces my stress too! The KISS method revisted...Keep It Simple for the Stressed.
