LA Weight Loss - Old Express

Does anyone have menu for the Express option that was out aroung 03-04?
it was kinda like TO but if i rememeber right you did it every 3 weeks for mon & tues and you had 3 lites a day???????????? any help would be appreciated.
i seem to do better on old LA than the newer plan

Hope this is the one you were looking for. You would add the extra lite and a express protein and take away 1 vegetable, 2 fruits, 2 starches and 1 fat.
Some of the express proteins are:
1 egg
peanut butter 1 tbsp.
morningstar breakfast links 2
american cheese 3/4 oz.
string cheese 1 oz.
mozzarella cheese 1 oz,
