This is a great site and just what I need right now, I'm so glad that there is this little sanctuary for us Brits to meet up and help each other through the good and the bad times until we reach our own personal goals. Though I can see myself staying on after that helping others reach their goals and getting help to maintain my own weight.
I've decided to be a calorie counter, over following any other type of eating plan. I'm not after a quick fix, because I've been there lost the weight and gained it all back and added more on.
Anyway enough for now as I've got to go shopping.
