It is happy dance and exclamation points time! I have gone from morbidly obese to severely obese! I met my rule of seeing a number three mornings on my scale before claiming it, so I am now 218 pounds. A big thank you to all of you on 3fc. I could not have done it without you!

Thank you everyone, .... for the encouraging comments and for being here. It has been a happy day and I had the tendency to giggle today over some of the comments. My coworkers probably think that I have lost my mind!
