Fitness Videos - resistance band vids

Anyone know a good video that works with resistance bands/tubing.. w/e they're called; that preferably works with the medium resistance band/tube. I might be going to visit my baby brother in a few months, and i dont want to have to lug hand weights on the international flight - not to mention it costs to have heavy bags.
