Default Pants

So, I don't own a scale and will measure myself every once in awhile. But my method recently has been to just keep doing what I'm doing and try on certain clothing items that I couldn't previously fit in and see where I stand that way.

I have held on to these pale green corduroy calvin klein pants that I wore YEARS ago, and haven't been able to fit into since. I couldn't give them up, although I always "knew" I'd never wear them again. A month or two ago I couldn't even get them over my rear. Today I put them on, OVER the rear, zipped and buttoned! haha Still can't believe it. Granted, they are extremely tight and have a little something poking out over the top (hahaa), but still it's a mini goal for me definitely.

Major motivation to get to doing some TaeBo today!

YESSSS! that is fantastic beatboots!!

i do the same, as far as trying on too tight clothes and mentally marking my progress with them, i mean. in fact i held a private fashion show this morning! it is sooooo encouraging to watch, just like you said, something ridiculously tight slowly become (almost!) wearable.

i have a TON of old clothes that i prob don't even want to wear anymore that i keep around for just that purpose. CONGRATULATIONS TO YOOOU!
