I am considering buying the rebounding DVD from Reboundair (I am going to order it from exercell.com because their shipping is included) called "For the Health of It" but really need a good basic or beginner DVD. The setting is a beautiful park in Canada and looks like it might be fun on the youtube.com preview.

My rebounder has sat in my office for the past few months and become a wonderful bed for my big dogs!

I would like to start again, but the DVDs look so sparse as far as how many there are. Some look really boring and some reviews aren't very favorable.

Anyone use a good DVD for your rebounder or do you just bounce to the music on a CD or the stereo?

Thank you.

I usually just do my own thing-jogging, jumping jacks, knee ups-while watching tv.
I've also followed Leslie Sansone videos on my tramp.
I did purchase one Urban Rebounder compilation dvd that I've only done once (the beginners dvd).

I think you can still use this offer: get one dvd free-only pay $7.95 shipping:

Here's a little circuit that I do.
Do each movement for 1 minute and then repeat the sequence over again:

jumping jacks
front kicks
hopping side to side
punching and shuffling the feet
jogging
running-sprint
high knee lifts
twisting side to side
skipping

Do it twice with a warm up and a cool down and you can get about 30 minutes in.
Have fun :)

Thank you. I ordered the exercell.com dvd yesterday and because it will be coming from Canada, the exchange rate was a nice benefit. Plus, the shipping was free.

I think I will try that video and then see if I need an additional one.

Do you know if the company in that link above is reliable? Some of these special offers like this type (meaning, some of the infomercial type sites) keep billing you, or charging your credit card, or don't honor the special trial offer. I am leery of those types of offers!

Thank you again. I love the rebounder.

I just bought the one dvd and have not been charged or shipped anything extra.
I got it a couple of months ago, so no additional charges yet.

Have fun bouncin' :)

Thank you again for your help.

I will look at the site again you sent me. Maybe it has changed since then. It says something about buying three videos and if you don't like them mail two back, otherwise you will be billed $49.95. I will have to take more time and read it better. I would love to have that first compilation DVD from Urban Rebounder. It has beginning workouts on that DVD.

I am excited. The trainer from the Exercell.com DVD e-mailed me and said she mailed it from Canada yesterday.

I went ahead and ordered the video from the site. I hope I ordered it correctly and didn't sign up for a subscription or something. I think I read it right, but it's kind of confusing.

Thank you again, I've wanted that video for a long time for my trampoline or rebounder.

Oh, maybe they've changed it then. I ordered back in May.

I think the beginner workout is pretty tough. My hamstrings were burning right away.

Oh good.

I just watched the Reboundair one on youtube. It looks like a great workout :)

Ooooo, I did just click on it like I was going to order and it said something about a 3 dvd free trial.
I hope you didn't get stuck in something-yikes.

I was able to just order the one and pay 7.95 for the shipping.
Wow, I feel bad now............ :(
