As a person who absolutely adores the Wii Fit rhythm boxing, I had to try out the Gold's Gym Cardio for the Wii. My boyfriend bought it for me last night and I just finished 50 minutes. I have to say the first impression is pretty good for me. I really got into it and I am sweating quite a bit. It is fun and interesting and a good cardio workout. I recommend it for anyone who has a Wii :).


I had a punch total of 426 and my physical age shows as 22 there (which I am loving :D). I was a bit frustrated to see the game version of myself puff up when I entered my weight but I know I am not slender so I quickly got past that, hehe.


If anyone else has it, how do you like it and how long do you use it in your workouts?

I LOVE it! I do it until I can't do it anymore, haha. I get sweat just pouring off me. It's pretty gross, but feels good!

I love Gold's Gym Cardio too. Much better than Wii Boxing. Another good boxing game is Punch Out, which was just released about a month ago. That one has a storyline that makes the game much more addicting.

I use it every so often now. I aim for at least 30 min. It is hard to use it for longer than that at a time with 3 kids under foot

I also love it! I used it 5 days a week for the first month. Now I alternate among shape boxing (3 days), Wii Fit (1 day), and My Fitness Coach (3 days).

I use it for 45 minutes starting with a 1-2 shape boxing workouts (advanced or special) and then moving on to exercises. I rarely use the balance board (prefer other programs for those exercises) but love the punching bag and mitt work. I usually do 10-15 minutes of one or the other (training mode). Then for fun, I saw, or do road work. I can't get the hang of jump rope at all!

Since I've gotten the Gold's Gym Cardio, just a week ago, I have used it everyday. I just really love it :D
