half way into C25K ?
I'm in my 4th week now. I was able to run 13 minutes straight at one point....outside of my workout.
I decided to make a goal to run a 5K on October 3rd. Already talked to the coordinator of the race before I started C25K, she told me to call her after I finished the program so that she could show me the route and that she would run with me. She told me she would find me a running group to join.
How important is joining a running group? Do you have to keep up with the group?
