I love grilled chicken on pizzas. I also sometimes use lean ham or Canadian bacon.

I have browned ground turkey breast in some italian spices and used it where I would have used ground beef in the past - depending on brand it is 120 cals, 1.5ish grams of fat, about 27 grams of protein per serving.

ETA - Oh, and I love grilled chicken, turkey pepperoni or turkey bacon, and the little meatballs sound yummy.
