I am just getting around to posting this since we left for the weekend almost immediately after my WW meeting on Friday. But I am so excited I had to post: I met my first mini-goal which was to get out of the 300s! I squeaked in under at 299 pounds, so now my next goal is to achieve 10% weight loss, which is 17 pounds away.

Getting that number on the scale right before my vacation helped me stay on track while I was away and not get out of control with my eating, my usual vacation mode. Hopefully the next weigh-in will have me past the 5% mark!

Congratulations for meeting your first goal! How wonderful that you are now in "Two-terville" Staying OP during a vacation is awesome, too, and I just know you're going to make your 5% goal real soon.

Thanks, everyone! I didn't quite make my 5% last week but I am hopeful I will make it this week. Every little bit does count - all those little bits add up!
