Hi, I'm obviously new here, so let me introduce myself. My name is Mary and I am 21 years old. I've been on the South Beach Diet for about two weeks now and am down about 7lbs.
I found this website while looking online for recipes that were South Beach Phase1 friendly. You guys all seemed so supportive and right now, I feel like I could use some of that.
My current weight is 173 and I am hoping to get down to around 155 or less so I can enlist in the Navy. I've never really had a problem with my body, but the Navy insists I must reach a BMI of around 32, I think.
