Fitday.com is the BEST webite I have found for counting calories. It has really helped me stay on track. You simply type in everything you eat, and it calculates your calories for the day, percentage of fat, carbs, and protein. It makes graphs and comparisons. I just love that it adds my calories for me. It has helped so much! I do it throughout the day, so I know how many calories I've had.
