Hiya everybody im.....

I was a size 10 when i met hubby but lazyness, going in the car, far too many take aways and wine and now im a size 16.
Im looking to be healthy, more important than that to me is to feel better about myself now, i wont clothes shop, i wont go anywhere or have my photo taken and the confident blond happy girl is dead.
THE TAKEAWAYS ARE BANISHED!!!!
Im looking to do special k for breakfast and lunch and a weight watchers meal for dinner. Lots of water to drink and fruit ,running with the dogs and going on my rowing machine( buying it tomorrow)
ANY tips appreciated. x Thanks Its really time for change please help me.
