Default How many carbs throws you out of ketosis?

Obviously, I have a reason for asking.

I did my planned cheat and had a thin crust cheese pizza and a breadstick. Is twenty carbs a day our MRC limit?

Now that I'm home from work I've had time to google my own question. The consensus seems to be that the protein/carb ratio to remain in ketosis seems to be an individual thing.

On the Atkins threads, many say that 30 carbs is the maximum amount allowed.

At any rate, I think I'll invest in the fat and carb blocker, lol.
