I made some wonderful homemade strawberry jam this morning. Does anyone have an idea how many points a T would be? I am guessing the same as regular full sugar jam.

Thanks...
Dana

Probably, though it depends on how you made it...

I made some this weekend (picked a GIGANTIC pail)
and used half sugar and half sweetener..
and basically just pureed the berries and added gelatin.
It's more of a fruit spread but I love it!

Slimdown: since you didn't tell us what you put in it other than the berries, there's no way to know. did you use sugar? what else?

Can you share your recipe with us? Pretty please?

I made it using the recipe from sure-jell. I used real sugar. I think I will count it as regular full sugar.
Anne.. You can buy the sure-jell almost anywhere. Inside the box they have jam and jelly recipes for all kinds of fruits :) It was so easy to make. All you need is the fruit, sure-jell, sugar, and water.

I was thinking of trying a batch with Splenda.
