I made some wonderful homemade strawberry jam this morning. Does anyone have an idea how many points a T would be? I am guessing the same as regular full sugar jam.
Thanks...

I made some this weekend (picked a GIGANTIC pail) and used half sugar and half sweetener.. and basically just pureed the berries and added gelatin. It's more of a fruit spread but I love it! leader 06-29-2002, 11:07 AM Slimdown: since you didn't tell us what you put in it other than the berries, there's no way to know. did you use sugar? what else? mals1 06-30-2002, 11:37 AM Can you share your recipe with us? Pretty please? Charbar 06-30-2002, 02:16 PM I made it using the recipe from sure-jell. I used real sugar. I think I will count it as regular full sugar. Anne.. You can buy the sure-jell almost anywhere. Inside the box they have jam and jelly recipes for all kinds of fruits :) It was so easy to make. All you need is the fruit, sure-jell, sugar, and water. mals1 07-01-2002, 11:11 AM I was thinking of trying a batch with Splenda. vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
