hello, started out bad, but trying to improve as the day goes by. just saw some old photos of me, which is a motivation. ugh!

Good for you Laurel. It is so hard to get motivated midday. Me? I tend to start off great and then the after dinner munchies kick in. That is why my posts look so much better than reality.

Couldn't get to my meeting today. Too much work. According to home scale I stayed the same. Better than gaining, right?
