:yay: Good for you! Just take it one step at a time, the cravings will eventually stop and you'll have your life back in more ways than one. :congrat: on making such a difficult but great decision.

WTG. I am two - three cigarettes a day. I have been thinking about letting them go as well. I am not sure if I am ready for the challenge yet. I am runner so I know it would help me ...i know it is stupid.
