Smile Newbie / EFS buddies
Hello Everyone!
I new here and plan on starting the Extreme Fat Smash Diet tomorrow. I want to lose about 10 to 15 pounds and was wondering if anyone was interested in starting with me so we can encourage each other to stick to it!

If anyone wants to join me please do!
Also if theres any tips or advice anyone has whos already started please let know know!
