Other Reduced Carb Diets - Idiot Proof Diet

Has anybody tried Neris' and India's Idiot Proof Diet? The diet allows full fat but eliminates carbs except for vegetables in the first two weeks. Then good carbs are gradually added back in.

I haven't tried it, but am replying to let members know this is not the same Idiot Proof Diet that we banned from our website due to massive spam (not to mention the expert reviews were bad) but this is a book available on Amazon that is completely different.
