Weight Loss Support - Take Two...kinda

OK, so I haven't fallen off the wagon or anything...maybe almost fell off but I managed to hang on to the back by the skin of my teeth! As of July 1st I have 10 weeks to get to goal before this big family and friends reunion/holiday that me and hubby have been planning for over a year. I really want to look the best I can and I feel I've been stalled for the last few weeks. So, here's take two. I WILL be at goal in ten weeks. I CAN do this!!!

If you average 1-2lbs a week, you can do it. But, even if you don't get to your actual goal weight, you're moving in the right direction, right?

Good luck! I'm sure you will look amazing in 10 weeks. Please don't be discouraged if you don't make your goal weight in 10 weeks though. If your goal is to look and feel good (which I'm assuming that it is), I would suggest adding lots of weight training into the next 10 weeks. You may not reach your goal weight as you'll be gaining muscle while losing fat, but nobody else is going to know how much you weight. They'll just think how amazing you look.

Great to have an achievable goal! But you'll keep in mind that as long as you stay on plan with diet and exercise, there isn't much more that you can do, right??? :)
