Default Adjustments for insomnia

So it's been so hot, I can't sleep. I got less than 2 hours sleep last night. I am trying to figure out how many more calories I am likely to need today due to being up longer.

Any thoughts?

Default Hmmm

I think I would eat the same personally. I always want to eat more when I'm tired but I don't know that my body actually physically needs it. And I've always heard you burn more calories asleep than you do just sitting awake and watching tv (though I can't find any studies that prove that) so if it were me I would just stick with my normal calories unless I was specifically working out alot during those extra hours.
