Hi, just wondering how many calories roughly I should be taking in each day to maintain my current weight. I'm 5'1", 121 lbs., small frame, 49 years old, and am an apple shape. There, that should cover all bases.

You're going to get a wide variety of answers. I like this calculator as it lets you plug in how active you are (although for myself I have to underestimate my activity a little).
