New to this site :)
Hello everyone! My name is Jasmine, and I am 30 year old. I am 5'6, and I weigh about 155 pounds. My goal weight is 125, and I know I can do it! I was that weight for a very long time, and now I am not. I think partying and drinking contributed to the weight gain. I have a food/activity journal at fitday.com that I LOVE! It really keeps me on track. I am trying to stay between 1200-1500 calories a day. I do weight training 3 days a week, and I do at least 1 hour of cardio 6 days a week. I would appreciate any comments/encouragement, etc. I need all the help I can get!
