And yuck for the ER again

Boo! For having to go to the ER...

Yeah!!! For breaking the 250s this week -- I'm pretty sure you will...

More bodice-ripping adventure to keep you smiling:

The dark, velvet-draped room was still and and the air was damp with anticipation. Propelling her firmly towards the bed in the corner, his grey sooty eyes locked with her luminous green orbs.
"What about your betrothed, my sister, the Queen?" she cried. "She will have my HEAD, and yours too, if word of our transgression is known."
"Never mind the Queen" he said, in a low throaty voice. "Ours is but an arrangement, meant to please the people who wish for an alliance between our two countries. This arrangement does not rule my heart."
She turned from him, head down, eyes cast onto the smooth slate floor. He approached her, manly chest pressing against her back. His strong fingers began to deftly unweave the corset strings from her dress. She flinched and drew away, quickly, reluctantly...
ANYhoo, hang in there...

I can not believe you were in the ER yet again. This is unbelievable. Some one has got to get you into the operating room. Enough is enough already. This is cruel. My heart goes out to you.

That .2 - it's yours girl. Who we kidding here? It's just a matter of time - and not too long a time at that. You're remarkable how you've stuck to your plan through all this craziness.

Feel good sweetie. Feel good.

That's wonderful! Of course you'll get it. Yay for you!

That's so great -- and so awful! Eat something high in fiber. See if you can move things on just a little bit. :)

I'm so bleeping done with this whole thing.

Spending time at the emergency room sucks. I hope you feel better. And I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get your .2 loss SOON!:)

06-28-2009, 09:42 AM
Wow CF, they really need to get you into surgery. I'm so sorry you are having to go through this. However, I'm highly impressed, that regardless, you stay OP. You're a true champ kiddo. :)

How much does a gall bladder weigh?? If they'd take the darn thing out, there's your .2 pounds I'm sure!

I'm sorry that you're having such a terrible time with this. Have you had your appointment with the blood-clotting specialist yet?

06-28-2009, 04:20 PM
nope. The hematologist guy apparently just has to TALK to my surgeon but I'm assuming that STILL is not done. They keep telling me in the ER that if it were not for my blood clotting disorder it would have been yanked the first time I went it. That makes me SO FREAKING UPSET. I'm so done with this!!!!! I was in the er for 5 hours friday night. Back saturday afternoon from 3pm to 3am and was STILL in pain after the IV drugs kicked out so MORE Diladid (morphine) at home and am FINALLY out of pain. Finally.

Did I mention done? Because I am.

I am literally living in fear of eating right now and THAT is not a good thing. Dairy is gone for now (sob) as is all nuts (double sob) and red meat (whatever...)

better health3

I am so sorry you are going through all of this. I had gallbladder surgery too. The fact that you have stayed on task is amazing. Thank you for showing us how it is done.

06-28-2009, 09:26 PM
The good news is once they yank it, you'll feel SOOOOO much better! I felt well enough to go back to work the day after they took mine out, and I'd been puking for 6 weeks while they took their time figuring out what was wrong. I probably heal abnormally fast, but you get my point.

Hang in there, you're doing amazing!
