Mini-Goal Photo Album - New progress pictures...

In the "before's" I'm 278. My highest was 290something.

In this first picture, my 'after' I'm 234.6 :)

I have gone from a size 24 to a size 18 :) Its going slow, but its going :)

Thanks! What is funny is I always felt like I didn't look that much different at 290 lbs from 250 or even 230. I was just in denial I guess. Taking pictures have helped me see my progress, but also see just how fat I was. Which is good - I need to see that, and remember it. So I dont go back there.

Slow and steady is the way to go. I can see a big difference in your pictures; look at how your waist and hips are really looking trim. Excellent progress; congratulations!
