Hi! I am a bit confused about this. If I am on Induction and I accidently do say 30 carbs instead of 20 because of miscalculations, do I have to start all over again and take another 2-3 to get into ketosis?

I think that depends on your body and how it reacts to carbs. Just get back on track and you should be fine!

Miscalculations happen. Don't beat yourself up over it, get back on plan right away, drink plenty of water and you should be just fine
