WW Food and Point Issues - Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a points question. I'm going to Applebees for dinner tomorrow night and I wanted to get my favorite Oriental Chicken Salad. Dotti's site has it listed as 20 points for a medium but at Applebee's you can order a whole order or a half order...which one is the medium? Does anyone know or does anyone have the points for a half order?

I would guess that it is the regular size.

you could ask for a container and put 1/2 in it to take home.
but It may have the dressing and that could be where a ton of points are. so you may be able to do better with out the dressing and eat the whole thing.

Applebee's now carries a low fat oriental chicken salad which is 8 points for a half.
