I like listening to Jeremy Camp, and Point of Grace all the time, and listening to Audio Adrenaline helps me run faster. :D

Hmm... Skillet, Kutless and Thousand Foot Krutch are good if you really want something to headbang to while you're running/walking/biking, ect. For softer music that still has some beat to it, I like Hawk Nelson, Superchic, Switchfoot and FM static. All of those bands are really good to work out to!

Nothing pumps me up like "Shine" by Newsboys. I don't know exactly why, but it started when I was a teenager and would listen to it every morning while getting ready for school. At 25, it still works for me. :)

Here it is:

Rebirthing - Skillet
The Last Night - Skillet
Tunnel - Third Day
The Motions - Matthew West
Lay Down My Pride - Jeremy Camp
Stron Tower - Kutless

Whatever Reason - Disciple
The Answer to the Question - Tree 63
Jesus Freak - DC Talk
Dare You to Move - Switchfoot
Meant to Live - Switchfoot
Savior - Skillet
Treason - Kutless

(That would have been easier if I coulda cut and pasted from iTunes!)

One of my favorite work out songs right now is Brandon Heath's He's Not Finished with Me Yet. Great lyrics and a nice steady beat - keeps me from slowing down too much. :D

I've got a new favorite - I heard it on Air1 the other day and added it to my iPod as soon as I got home. I love the beat and the lyrics, especially the chorus. :)
