Just... breathe
After the month from ****... I'm taking time to breathe.
Through gall bladder, multiple dance recitals, three birthdays, an anniversary, two kids finishing school, daycare clients everyday, a mother in law visit, a blow up with my sister, ANOTHER birthday party to execute THIS weekend... I'm spent.
I'm whooped.
I'm tired.
I need a vacation.
And through it all? No weight gain. Steady losses still. Eating totally on track. No problems.
I think... maybe... possibly... some of these new habits are HABITS now. Ingrained. I know I can never really relax but this is all becoming very second nature to me now and THAT feels good.
125 pounds lost in 9 months (in three days) and 102 more to go. Easy peasy.

That is wonderful! Even more than the amount you've lost, the fact that eating well is becoming an ingrained habit is exhilarating. You don't have to think and plan so much once that happens, it just kinda comes naturally. I had that for a whole year, the only time in my life I ever felt "in control" of my eating, and it was the best feeling in the world! Unfortunately, my stepmother died suddenly, leading to major stress and gradual slide back into old habits. But that's not gonna happen to you, you're already showing you can deal with whatever life throws you and stay on track. You will definitely make it all the way!!! And we'll be cheering you on : )

That's just it. It becomes what you are and what you do. It becomes part of your "make-up". Automatic. Just like those poor eating habits were natural and automatic - now the GOOD eating habits are.
This is so wonderful. I'm so happy for you.
