Hi Terzalpap - sorry if you felt unimportant, I'm sure that was not the intent!

The following is the drop sequence I have for the category Healthy Females 18-65 years (does not include shift workers, breast feeding mothers, diabetics, activity > 5 hrs per week, cardiac patients, persons with gout):

Ideal Weight Loss 10 lbs = GREEN
Ideal Weight Loss 25 lbs = GOLD
Ideal Weight Loss 60 lbs = PURPLE
Ideal Weight Loss 80 lbs = RED
Ideal Weight Loss 100 lbs = RED

You are currently 20 lbs from goal, so you should be on the GOLD plan for another ten pounds, then switch to the GREEN plan.

Hope that helps!

It has been awhile since I have been on LAWL, but I know that when I was at that weight, I was still on red with no lites, which would translate into gold with lites. I don't think most people drop to green until they are into the home stretch, like the last 10 lbs. If I were you, I would stick with gold as long as you are still losing, since too little food can also cause you to stall. Good luck!

Oh Suzanne, we were posting at the same time. I like that chart, seems like a good rule of thumb!

Oops, sorry....meant to answer your question about the Luna bars too. My hubby uses those and eats whichever ones he wants (his faves are the Dulce de Luche and the Peppermint Stick), but I think a good general rule of thumb would be to look for the ones closest to the 180 calorie/bar range.

Soy and I had to part ways too.....I couldn't figure out why I had such a gawd awful rash after starting LAWL and it turned out it was an allergy to soy.

Ahhh, yeah, that would suck. I have IBS, and the soy was really hard on my system.
