Hi everyone. This may be a little lengthy and my apologizes if it is!
My name is Candace and I'm 23 years old from Michigan. I'm married to an awesome guy named Ryan whom I love and adore with my whole being. I work in daycare and I love my toddler kids!
I'm 5'4 and when I was in high school, I ALWAYS thought I was fat, weighing usually around 150ish-160ish lbs. I have now since ballooned up to 199 lbs and NOW I wish I was back to those "fat days" again! The other day, I stepped on a scale and it said I weighed 203 lbs. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. So right then and there I decided that I NEEDED a change. 2 years back, I lost 20 lbs and I felt GREAT about myself, but not only did I gain ALL that weight back, I gained an extra 10lbs for good measure.
So here I am today, a week into my diet and exercise and I've lost 4 lbs and I'm so motivated to get down to 130 lbs by March 2010. My goal is to be able to pick out ANY bikini I like and wear it to the beach. And I WILL achieve this goal. I've never felt so motivated in my life. I just need a good boost every now and again to push me through those hard times when I want to stumble, and I think 3FC will be great in helping me do so.
