The day I joined I read this and saw your pictures. It is totally amazing. I have basically been in bed for 2 years due to what I thought was my blood disorder, but I know now the being tired is probably just from being fat. In the last week I have changed everything we eat, how much of it and what we eat. I also have started walking and playing wii fit. I have already lost 8lbs. Thanks to you for being such an inspiration, I know I can do this. Thank You!!

I think you are a great role model for others in the sense that you are proof that healthy, long term weight loss are the best and that it takes time. And that quick, fad weight loss diets don't work - it actually only harms you.

Thank you, Suzie!! I use to be a long time hopeful believer in miracle weight loss solutions until I found myself morbidly obese and literally dying so I finally decided I couldn't gamble my life and health anymore waiting on a magic pill, drink, solution and decided to do it the right way :D

I think ALL of your pics are great. Now though, with the no smoking and less poundage you are healthier for sure.

Tiedness can result from many things. First I would encourage a visit to the doctor amd request some appropriate blood work to see if there are answers there.

Aslo a possibility is some sort of sleep disorder in which you never get adequate rest. There are many different ones and thin and heavy alike can have one.This is tested in a sleep lab.
