I've been on weight watchers now for 10 weeks. So far I'm down only 4.4 pounds. By now I had hoped to be down 8 pounds. Had a set back after a colonoscopy when my gut got all screwed up and I felt like heck - turned to comfort food for about 4 weeks and gained 2 pounds of the 5 I lost. I'm feeling better now and had a weigh in today with .6 pound weight loss.
I just need to stop pretending that just joining WW will make me lose weight. I actually have to do the work - so here I am. Don't know where I'll find my nich, but I thought I would chime-in.
