Not recommended all the time as that would be silly and defet the object................but when temptation kicks in.... go for it.Have a cheeky mid week weigh in ..........(ya know ya want to)
If youve lost youll be buzzing and motivation will rocket.
If youve maintained or gained ..............motivation finds a way thru to make sure them scales change by ya weekly weigh day lol
