Fitness Videos - Zumba!

So I just found Zumba and I love it! I haven't done it very long so no weight loss yet...I really got to get my diet down first...but this is just so fun I don't even think about working out. Has anyone else tried it and seen great results?

I love Zumba, best workout invented!!! Started doing it about two weeks ago and have lost 5 pounds!

That makes me super excited reading you've had weight loss I plan on doing Zumba and a bit of running. I actually want to try it for a bit longer, but I am thinking of getting certified that's how much I like it haha

I do Zumba twice a week and I love it. I love my teacher!
I have been doing it for the last month and a half and I can see the difference in my body, especially arms and legs...We work with resistance bands on Thursday's classes.

I used to do Zumba three times a week and I loved every minute of it. Then my routine was brought to halt by plantar fasciitis. So no Zumba for me for another half a year, and I hate not being able to go to my Zumba classes. I may go this Thursday, foot or no foot, I just like it too much.
I cannot tell you whether I lost because to me Zumba was just part of my exercise regimen but I am sure it helped. It's an awesome calorie-burning exercise and so much fun!
Make sure you wear the right type of shoes - dance sneakers make it much easier as you can slide in them.

What is plantar fasciitis? I am going tonight for a zumba workout and i'm excited! I like that you are working out and it really doesn't feel like it! I just wanna stay with it and finally getting back into my size 4 jeans :)

plantar fasciitis UGH!! I had it so bad I had to have steroids shots in my heels, I have fully recovered from it, it has taken me 3 years to heal from it. Doing lots of stretches daily in my feet and heels has really helped alot.
