Default Could someone share their Excel spreadsheet?

I have read how others track their journeys with an Excel spreadsheet, and I am just not sure of the best way to set this up. I would like to track my weight loss journey this time around, and would greatly appreciate it if someone would be willing to send me their spreadsheet so that I could modify it for my use and not have to create it on my own. Anyone willing?

I don't have an excel sheet to share, but I used to use this site that was suggested in another thread:

www.weightchart.com

It's free and you can log in and it'll give you a chart of your loss. I stopped using it because my weigh-in was once a week and it didn't really show me much at this point I couldn't see from the numbers.

But it's an option.

If none of these work out for you, I could make a template of mine and send it to you. I'm at work right now (don't worry; I'm on my lunchbreak!) and don't have access to it. I'll mark this site so I hopefully remember tonight.

I don't think I can upload it directly onto the site, but if you want to PM me your email address, I will be happy to email mine to you. I track daily, weekly, and monthly weights - with graphs!

Why, yes, I am a nerd!

Peace, Heather

Hehe, I'm nerdy, too--I have graphs! I have to update the data source daily though; I'm not nerdy enough to know how to do that automatically.
