Wink Sometimes... I'm just not too bright

So I'm kinda stalling... briefly in the weight loss department. This whole business over my gall bladder is much suckitude and wreaking havoc on my quick pace

So what do I do? Decided to drop my calories to 1600. Good. Fine.

THEN

I ramped my exercise up to 3-4 mile walks.

THEN

I wonder why I'm starving, b*tchy and want to chew the arm off of my son.

Hmmm... let me think.

Executive decision CHANGED to bump calories back up to 1700.

Sometimes? I'm not too bright. But I get there in the end.

Puh-leeze. We should all be "not as bright as you".

I think being open to tweaking things & experimenting is an extremely good thing. Make that a great thing. I think being open to experimenting and recognizing that it wasn't cutting it is - brilliant.

It was just a little tweak that wound up not working....nothing wrong with a little experimenting girlie to break the stall
