I definitely could use some buddies! Can I join the group? My height and weight are very similar to yours, but my goal weight is different (for now, I know that can change).
I workout 6 days a week at home (mostly with My Fitness Coach on the Wii, with some TaeBo thrown in on one of my off-days). I also walk in the neighborhood twice a day with the kids.
