Hello!

I see that I made a user ID back in December, but I don't think that I ever posted.

I started dieting last July as a result of discovering that I was allergic to most processed foods. As a result of cutting those foods out, I started feeling better immediately and the first 50 pounds just fell off with barely any effort.

The next 20 pounds, though, I have had to work at. They're coming off much slower.

I need some inspiration and motivation.

I'm glad to have joined this community!
