Please share some of your motivational quotes that help you along your journey.
One of mine is:
"The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step" --Lao Tzu
and with that I am going to go run on the treadmill :dizzy:

Well, I don't *have* any motivational quotes to share... so I decided to go out and get some! So, how 'bout these?
On the theme that we're in this for life:
Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb.
-- Sir Winston Churchill
On the theme that so much of this is a mind game:
The longest journey is the journey inward.
-- Dag Hammarskjold
On the theme that the scale is only one measure:
Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome.
-- Arthur Ashe
On the theme that (for me, at least) without exercise, there is no weight loss:
A bear, however hard he tries, grows tubby without exercise.
-- Pooh's Little Instruction Book, inspired by A. A. Milne
CheekieMonkey -- thanks for injecting a little fun in my day!!

"all the secrets of your foundation shall come to light, and when you lay, uprooted and broken in the sun, then shall your lies also be separated from your truths...." Neitzche
I know it is probably not what you had in mind, however it has taken me through so many journeys and obstacles in life, helping me to overcome SO MUCH for myself, and ABOUT myself...it is about discovering who i TRULY am, and not how i (and others) have always percieved myself to be.
