Default bruises when exercising?

Hi!!

Quick question: I've noticed lately that I"m getting bruises and I'm not banging any particular body part around here! I find the bruises are largely on my legs (though I've had them on my arms before).

I do lift weights and do cardio at the gym. And this is the only thing I can think of where I might be getting the bruises from, although I'm not hitting myself to get those bruises and I didn't have bruises before joining the gym several months ago!

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

no ideas, i get small bruises occasionally too.

Do you eat red meat? How are your iron levels?

When it's happening consistently and I'm sure that I'm not hitting anything that's what's going on for me, anyway.

I bruise CONSTANTLY and easily. I'll get up in the morning and BAM...bruise. I used to think I was prone to sleepwalking, but I don't think so anymore. I'll whack my knee from time to time, but these bruises come up in places that are hard to smack...like the middle of my thigh, or other areas not near joints and things that are moving around so much...

There's always something with me...
