Unhappy My Weight is Up 7.6 Lbs since 5/19.

I have been off my calorie counting alot lately. So I am up about 7.6 Lbs since 5/19. I'm hoping to get back on plan before it gets any worse.
I finally got to go back to work after being off work since November. So hopefully that will help some. Why is it so easy to get angry with ourselves and not be so hard on ourselves when we fail. But this is a learning process so this time I will keep trying. I'm hopeing to be down 50 Lbs by Jan. 1.

Sounds like a good goal. No point being upset about the past. Seems like you're focused on the future. Good luck!

Yep. Re-commit. The sooner you turn it around, the sooner you get your life back on the track you want it take.

Good for you!
Keep us posted.

This is what I tell people, look at my signature! I have lost about 1.7 lbs/month and there has been backsliding back and forth. But I consider these pounds keepers, and if it takes me 20 more months to get to goal and I have learned about maintenance, myself, and how to be healthy than I am getting the things I need out of this journey. Every day we put one foot in front of the other and as Yoda said, "Do or do not. There is no try". Both ways are lessons you either take them to heart or you learn them again.

wow good for you for catching it when it's ONLY 8 lbs. !!!! Imagine if you put your head in the sand and ignored it and then it's 20, 40 etc. !!! I put that down as a NSV in a weird way congrats
