I had a "moment" yesterday and posted where I was just trying to figure out why the one pound that I had already lost over a week ago came back and wouldn't go back down.
This morning, to my surprise, the pound was gone and a couple of hours later, I noticed that I had started my period as well.
I have NEVER lost weight the two weeks before or while on my period. I always gain about 3-4 lbs.
But it happened to both of us, so I suppose it can be normal during weight loss.
I've heard many people say they gain or stall during the week of their period but it's never really affected me either way. If I'm eating clean and staying on track I lose, if I'm slacking off I don't. *shrug*
For the last two months since I've been actively taking notice of my weight, i've not lost weight for the two weeks before and hovered between a few pounds and then as soon as it comes i've lost weight.
I've been the same for the last two weeks and then yesterday I lost 4lbs.
I usually put on a few the week before, and then it slowly starts coming off the last two days of, and then totally off afterwards. Seriously, my period can make me fluctuate at least 3 to 5lbs during that time. I try not to cry and take my scale to seriously that week before and during...
That happened to me! I started gaining weight even though I was OP, then my period started and I lost about 3 lbs, the first time I've been able to lose anything in months.
