How much salmon did you consume for 39 calories? Just wondering--I eat lots of it! :) Way more than 39 calories for me though!

Are you looking for ways to get more calories in or out? What is your daily intake target?

Assuming you ate a very small, small portion of salmon, I would think you would need more protein.

I really don't know anything about her situation, nor what she should be eating/not eating so I'm going to listen to the advice and not give any!
