I would like to challenge everyone to get at LEAST 64 ounces of water down today.

Sounds good. I was just checking out the weigh-in thread, it looks like a lot of us are suffering from PMS, that water should help reduce the bloating/water retention.

I was without electric for over 9 hours yesterday. Luckily I thought to drag out the blow-up pool and fill it with water, so at least I stayed cool. FL in June without a/c is miserable! I'm up 4 pounds this morning, but luckily I weighed in prior to the PMS hitting. I'm not worried about the extra weight, there's no way I could really gain that much weight in such a short time with what I've eaten and as much as I've exercised. :p

Just enough time for a couple of personals before I have to get back to work -

Silly - You looked great. I love the color of your dress.

dgramie - Hope your feeling less stressed and everything is going better.

Brie - Get well soon. Don't try to do too much too soon, or you'll make yourself worse.

Hugs to everyone!

Hey everyone!

This is a new week, so lets move week 2 behind us and start fresh! I myself would have liked to do better than last week but I've made my mind up to forget about would've should've could've and concentrate on this week. :)
If I don't, I'm hitting that point right now, that in the past, I just say forget it. So I'm trying to stay motivated, like I just started again.

Water -YES! I will do the water challenge today! :carrot:

Have a great day everyone! :sunny:

I had written down my weight but I forgot to post it earlier on here oops. I was really surprised I did okay this week. But I don't know maybe I'll get walloped next week on the scale instead. I've been having problems with constipation -- ugh sorry for tmi -- it's starting to get better but it just feels like I'm still kinda bloated and still a little off from fully regular. I also started working with weight machines and free weights last Friday, and again yesterday.

I'm working on adding more fiber to my diet, keeping up the water intake, and staying on plan as much as possible this week! My goals for the week are to keep up the weight circuits I set up last week, ideally 3 times a week, and to break up that Tues-Thurs black hole of no exercise.

Hey folks.
I want to apologise for not posting last week, my computer was away being fixed (fortunately still under warranty!) and I'm not ready to discuss what I'm doing with my workmates. It's back now though, so I shall take some time to catch up with the thread and make a proper post soon. :spin:

You're on!

Looks like I managed to keep myself in line for the weekend which is usually my downfall and I feel so much better for it. Not having to work all week just to undo the damage means I will the scale will actually start moving down!

Have a great one everyone!

I am a silly, silly girl. I warned the family that I would not be buying any more store bought cookies. I am determined to keep the HFCS out of here. I decided a great rainy day project would be to make cookies with the kids. I picked out a recipe for monster cookies and told the kids what were in them. They agreed they sounded good. Now no one will eat them. :( I told the kids and DH before we made them that they had oatmeal in them and no one said anything. I've eaten far to many of them already today. We have a play day on Wednesday so I will take them to that. They will be in the freezer until then.

Good evening everyone. I'm going to try and drink more water for the rest of the day. Don't know if I'll get in a full 64 ounces because it's 8 pm now and if I drink that much more water I'll be up all night running to pee. :D It shames me to say I've had hardly any water at all today. I have at least 4 12 ounce glasses each day but today is slow.

Starting the new thread on Sundays is fine with me. I always look for the beginning of the week on a Sunday.

I lost .5 pounds at weigh in on Saturday morning. I was happy for that with all the baking and cooking I was doing for DS's fiancee's wedding shower. We had the shower on Sunday afternoon. We had loads of fun and too much food but that's how it goes. I was going to post a few pictures but I can't get them posted for some reason or other.

I have a house that looks like it was vandalized. What a mess to clean up. I have wedding things all over the place and the kitchen is awful. The sink backed up today and DH took the stopper off the trap and fished out at least 8 drinking straws. Ugh. No wonder the water wouldn't go down. I have banned all straws from the sink. Five more weeks for the wedding and then I'll have my life back to normal (whatever that is supposed to be).

I have to tell you SillyGirl that you looked so sweet and beautiful in your prom picture. You should change your name to SweetGirl instead of Silly. :) And your dress didn't look too tight as you were worried about. Glad you had a great night.

Catch you all tomorrow.

Hi everyone -

Week went okay for me I should have lost more according to my body bugg, but I also lost more then I was supposed to last week, so the body is probably adjusting. Anyway, I'm real happy with 2lbs no complaints here.

Anyway today started day one of my training plan for my triathlon group. I went swimming which I haven't done since last summer. Ooo my arms are so weak now, but at least swimming felt familiar. Very slow though!

Tomorrow is my first Group workout, so I'm excited about that. Will suck being the fat slow one, but oh well... I'll get over it.

If anyone is into biking let me know I have a coupon code for 25 percent off clearance items at Primal Wear. I got myself 2 new bike jerseys since my ones from last summer are too small.

Hope everyones weigh in went well!

Hey people, sorry I haven't been around much, my computer is being fixed and I can only get on when I can steal BF's. Had a rough spot in the middle of the week which I was making up for and ended out coming in even. I plan for this week to be better. Meals and exercising is planned out so all I have to do is stop stressing out about in-laws. MIL is coming to visit but keeps pushing up and then back the time, I have no idea what is going on!

Anyway, as for the water challenge, made it, but inadvertently since I try for that as a minimum anyway. Great idea though zinke!

Working out in a group is wonderful!!! I do my boot camp with the greatest group...and I only knew a few of them before we started...and more come in as the weeks go by. Enjoy...and don't worry what other people think...it's all about how you feel and think about YOURSELF!!!

Thanks Jacque9999 it will be a new experience training with people, but I'm hoping it will be fun especially since we're all training for the same race.

I'm not too worried about it. I've come a long way and I'm proud of it. Slow and all. I AM really shy though, so we'll see how it goes.

Morning all. I have been doing crappy, but I am going to do better.
Yesterday was my birthday. I am 43. Honestly, I look better at 43 than I did at 23, but I plan to look awesome at 44. I was over 200 by 24, so I am not kidding when I say I am better now than then...

DH and I are talking a no kid vacay next spring as both kids will be in college. (Not sure how we will afford it, but we will have to) possibly the Keys or Bahamas and I plan to wear a bikini and wear it well! So now I have focus again..

Sorry I missed the water challenge yesterday I have been having a hard time getting all of my water in lately so I am going to take up that challenge for today. Didn't get a workout in yesterday so I am doubling up today.

Only 9 days left of work till summer break. I am so done I can't wait!

I challenged everyone yesterday to make sure they drank at LEAST 64 ounces of water. I think I drank 96. That's a little low for me but I didn't run yesterday due to the rain.

I just got back from my run this morning though. I am sloooowly getting faster. My runs lengths are still pretty short but I am walking way less. I know soon I will be running nonstop.

I need to log my breakfast still and then go warm up my soup for lunch. I think I might make a salad to go with it. Dinner will be sketti squash and sauce and maybe a piece of garlic toast. Dessert if there are calories left will be a cookie.

What is everyone doing today to stay on plan?

Afternoon all. That water challenge had me up a couple of times last night. :D I never started until 8 pm so what could I expect.

Dgramie, I hope everything will be good for your DH. Mine had to have a stress test and he was fine. Maybe your husband will be the same.

I'm having a hard time eating clean today. Yesterday I ate light but then I broke down and had a huge piece of cheesecake. I mean gigantic. Today I've eaten well for the most part but had a couple or three handfuls of potato chips. I am now dragging around a bag of baby carrots to munch on. If the munchies keep up I'll be orange by the end of the week. Less than 5 weeks to DS's wedding and I want so badly to be down to 135 pounds by then. I'm not getting in any exercise so far this week. So much to do and so little time and I still have to clean up this house. I'm in a state of clutter and am paralyzed to do anything about it. I'm just sitting here looking at it and wishing it would go away. I've got to push myself to clean. Last night I fell asleep sitting on the couch with a stack of paper plates in my lap. I was laying a doily on each plate to lay the wedding cake on and when I woke up I had a plate in one hand and and the doily in the other. Anyway, I'm trying hard to stay away from junk. I eat when I'm hungry. I eat when I'm tired. I eat when I'm stressed. I eat when I'm sad. I eat when I'm happy. I eat when I'm bored. I eat when I'm celebrating. I just like to eat all the time and baby carrots just don't cut it. Now to clean. That's a workout, isn't it?

Have a great day everyone.

PS: Congratulations SillyGirl on being the Biggest Loser for our team this week. WTG!!!

Okay, well food has been good and even though I didn't do technical exercise, I was sweating up a storm and working out my muscles with cleaning and organizing the house. We've lived here almost a year and still we are swarmed with boxes and never had time for a thorough cleaning, but a made a big dent in it today.

bjeweled- take care of yourself, you will get better faster if you don't push it.

mothermivis- happy birthday late! Finally having two kids in college, you guys definitely deserve a vacation!

retiredone- it will be over soon! Maybe try switching up the snack bags you have so you don't get bored with the carrots and decide to go for something not so good?

Bad day yesterday. I did get tired of the carrots and ate another gigantic piece of cheese cake. At least it's all gone now. Then I got into the cream and ate many cookies dipped in heavy thick cream...sigh...I have an almost uncontrollable urge to eat everything in sight. When this wedding is over and the guests have gone home I'm not baking another thing til Thanksgiving.

I did get the kitchen cleaned up yesterday, or at least as much as I could with lack of cupboard space. It was good to see large open spaces on the counter top. Even the living room and dining room are starting to look a bit tidier. As I muttered to myself yesterday, I'll get it all cleaned up so I can have space to mess it all up again, ha, ha.

Well, have a great day. Hang in there Dgramie. Wishing for good news for your DH.

Just checking in. I FINALLY got the 'drop' I've been expecting for the last 10 days so HOPEFULLY this will be a really good week for me weight-wise. My body, probably like everyone elses', has certain weights where it REALLY likes to hang out. Once I can get it past that number, I seem to drop 5-7 pounds reasonably fast then get stuck in the next spot for a couple of weeks. My body REALLY likes 191 (the range I've been in for 3 weeks!) but this morning I saw 190.0 so I should be in the 180's for sure at the next weigh in. FINALLY going in the right direction.

I'm kicking butt on exercise this week too. Yesterday was my personal best- 60 minutes in the gym on the Tredclimber working VERY hard and another 38 minutes of strength training at home doing the Chalene Extreme workout. 98 minutes in one day!

The hubs had a gain last week and I'm actually kind of glad. He loses so much easier than me that he thinks he doesn't have to do much to get good results. It was a good 'wake up call' for him that he can't just mindlessly make this happen- he's going to have to WORK for it! LOL! He still wants me to figure everything out for him and I'm happy to do it but I hope he'll soon find the initiative to learn it for himself as that's what will be required for the long-term. I just have to remind myself that success breds success. Once he starts making more headway, he'll be more self-motivated. Right now he's
"Doctor motivated".

Oh- and we both had our fasting cholesterol test this morning. I've been eating healthier for 9 months now so I'll be interested to see if my numbers come back better than last time. Several years ago I was borderline at 199.

Hubby is having a stress test tommorow morning at 9.

Been thinking and praying for you & dh. How did the test go?

Dinner will be sketti squash and sauce and maybe a piece of garlic toast.

Do you eat the squash just like pasta? I have never tried that, how is it?

I'm having a hard time eating clean today. Yesterday I ate light but then I broke down and had a huge piece of cheesecake.

Glad to hear the cheesecake is done!!

I am still working on it but I was able to do 50 minutes on the ellipitical 8 miles total.

:carrot::carrot: Wow! 50 mins on the elliptical is unthinkable for me. Good for you!

I got my laptop back, all fixed, yay!

Glad you laptop is all fixed. It really bites when you are not connected.

Just checking in. I FINALLY got the 'drop' I've been expecting for the last 10 days

:cp: Yay for you. I know you were dying to see that scale move! Way to work thru that plateau

I had a really bad day today. Wanting to eat everything in sight but didn't but I still made poor choices when I did allow myself to eat. Thankfully tom is almost done. I feel so tired this month and just have not done anything productive exercise wise or chore wise all week.

Off to take a two mile walk.

Have a good night.

That is the only way I've ever eaten. I love it with sauce and a little nutritional yeast. I can eat a GIANT plate full if I want for under 300 calories.

I've done my runs the last few days around mid morning. I like the fact that my times are a little better and there don't seem to be as many bugs. I do not like the fact that I am bone tired all day and eat like a horse. When I was running in the evening I was able to keep my calories lower during the day and then I only had a few hours to fight the urge to eat. What to do? What to do?

Today was great, first day I have actually gotten out of bed before 11am since classes ended almost 3 weeks ago. It went from being nice to almost depressing. But this morning I got up and exercised almost right away, then did some more in the afternoon. As much as I wanted a nap most of the day I fought it so I could get a good night's sleep tonight and continue to wake up early. I need to wake up at a decent time to actually feel motivated. Here's hoping I'm on the way to a new routine.

Hope you all are having a good week, seems pretty quiet lately..

Binders- Congrats! Yay on the loss. And as for the hubby, sometimes they need a reality check, it should be a good motivator for him.

Mary- coming your way

Breakfast - Have a morning meeting, so I will pack a piece of fruit and grab a non-fat latte on the way in. (2-4pts total, depending on the fruit)

Lunch - mixed green salad, with chicken, rice and edamame leftover from last night (9pts)

Snack - fibre one bar (2pts)

Dinner - Homemade turkey burger, with steamed carrots and broccoli (under 10pts)

After dinner... either the gym or up to the high school to shoot hoops.

Wow... thats the last time I rely on the "new post"in my USER CP to get me back to my team. I didn't even realize a 3rd thread was going. Holy Moly I have some work to do catching up!

I did finish something I have been working on since last weekend. I made my self 5lb reward envelopes (actually made them, decorated, etc...I was aching to craft something!) and I printed out 12 pictures of reward stuff I want. The kicker - I let my boyfriend stuff them. I don't know what my prize will be each goal mark!!!!!! I'm so excited! Even turned down chili dogs to stay on task cuz I want in that 1st envelope!!!

Howdy everyone

First off I am SO proud of my DH. He has not been sleeping well lately due to stress. He was laid off about a month ago and so far isn't having any luck. He's been laying around the house 'conserving' energy. I made a comment that he might sleep better if he got up and got moving a little. Yesterday he went out and ran a mile. We just got back from doing two miles a few minutes ago. :) I am exhausted.

Exercise has been pretty good here. Food not so much but the scale is staying pretty steady thankfully. I'm leaving to go grocery shopping soon to restock with good for me stuff.

I love that envelope idea and I might have to steal that.

SillyGirl~ Hooray for summer!!!! You did it. What are your plans for summer (besides hanging with us of course)?

Just the usual hanging out with friends and stuff. I'll be in North Carolina visiting my aunt and looking at this one college I want to go to, too. :3

The Heat Index today is 102 in my area, as soon as the heat goes up my mood goes down in the gutter I have been in this god forsaken state for 15 years and It never fails I get so depressed in the summer..
Perhaps that is why I am on this forum..I need some support..
I am so sad, I am eating correctly but without the afternoon break of rain I can barely breath let alone walk.
I did just take some St Johns Wort and I have some Wort tea so hopefully that will help..
I hope everyone else is good
Oh sillygirl I am so jealous of your NC trip we would do anything to be able to move there..Have a beautiful time

Hi Blues!
I'm still trucking along here. I had a few stressful days here related to house hunting, but I managed to keep myself in check with my eating...at least I discovered that I do truly suffer from emotional eating LOL.
I have managed to keep up the exercise so I am hoping to see the scale being good to me on Monday!

Dropping by to say "Hi". Been busy this week. Haven't been on plan at all. Two workouts all week and eating has been uck! Today is a new day. Have loads of housework and yardwork to do so I should definitely burn some cals today.

Nixmom-love that idea. I am definitely stealing it!

Morning ladies!

WOW... steal away on the envelope thing! Enjoy. I had a blast making the cards Here are my rewards...(just to spark some ideas). I have 60 lbs to lose, I did a reward every 5 lbs - takes a lot to motivate me. ;)

A health mag subscription
A new fossil watch
A Kiosk Ring (basically a $30 fakey diamond that will be want I want on my married finger some day) :D
Jillians book about kicking the last 10 lbs
My Fitness Coach
A massage
French manicure
Trip to the Long Beach Aquarium (cheap and close)
New workout clothes
A new pair of crafting scissors
Belt
Make up

Kinda surprised I remembered it all!

Anywho... I got up at 6am and took the pooch on a 3.2 mile walk this morning up and down the hilly streets in the development by my house. Did it in under an hour and was SHOCKED! Hopefully it will show up on the scale for weigh in.

Meena - normally we are running close to 100* in June but we havent seen the cloud layer lift in 2 weeks. Its crazy! I love it!

Maryshady & me4life... today IS a new day. Make your choices one at a time... get back to it and dont dwell on yesterday or last week... they are both gone. We can do this!

Newshiny - I can imagine house hunting right now ... there are so many options (foreclosures) that I wouldn't know how to pick. We cruised around some areas dreaming about buying a different house yesterday..... I envy ya and feel for ya all at the same time. Go luck, from a fellow emotional eater!

Silly ~ Looking for a college is signing up for the next piece of your life! How exciting! Enjoy it!

Dixied - work... just another four letter word I wish I didn't have to hear again either!

 to everyone else! I have to go clean my house. Company coming over for the UFC fights... oh boy....

Nixmom: That's an awesome idea about the award envelopes!

Jacque: Way to go on sticking OP! I'd be SO excited to be that close to goal! :woohoo::carrot:

SillyGirl: Isn't it a load off to be done with school for the summer? Congrats! :beach:

Zinkemomx2: "First off I am SO proud of my DH. He has not been sleeping well lately due to stress. He was laid off about a month ago and so far isn't having any luck."
 I hope things turn around soon for your DH

Meenamom: "I am so sad, I am eating correctly but without the afternoon break of rain I can barely breath let alone walk."
I hope things get better soon for you. I've been in a rut of BLAH myself for a while, but surprisingly, working out has lifted my spirits lately. I guess diverting my thoughts to it instead letting myself get down (which still happens though) helps. I've put some summer songs I like, on a play list on my ipod and have been walking evenings (usually pretty late, in the dark because it's so daggone hot in GA in the summer -ugh) but better late than never I say!

Newshinyme: Good luck on Monday with your weigh in! I'm sure your hard work will pay off!

maryshady: I'm hoping the housework/yard work will work for me too today! (I fell off the wagon yesterday at a luncheon I went to...they served a planned menu and everything went well until they served the cheescake for dessert! :s: It's was really good though! yikes!)

And...yesterday 199.7! I'm excited! Maybe by Monday's weigh in I'll do well...although TOM started today...UHG! :headache:

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

:woohoo:

:cheer3: GO BLUE! We can do it! :cheer3:

Which health mag do you like the best?
I got a copy of Fitness and a copy of Shape for my long ride in the car, and liked both (found them really inspirational!) but haven't had a bunch of issues to compare which one I would want more if I subscribed to one. (Which I'd like to do too.)
Any others anyone would recommend checking out?
(We'll be heading to MI for Father's Day this coming weekend.)
Another L O N G drive! ;)

Suz- I like Self and Shape too. Also, if you have a Walmart - ALL YOU is a great Magazine. Full of Coupons of useful stuff and lots of good info for regular chicks. I will probably be subscribing to Self though. :)

I'll need to after the pizza I just ate :o

I just recently bought Fitness and Oxygen. I subscribed to Fitness and am considering subscribing to Oxygen. I like both and it's weird since I HAD never bought any kind of health mag. before.

Whoohooo! I just cut another 1:30 off my 5k time. Running is going well.

Food has been so-so. After a discussion with DH last night I am a bit more determined than of late. I'm working on cutting all the HFCS from our diet. Some stuff is easy to get rid off. Other things like DH's Heinz Ketchup are going to be harder.

I am reading an interesting book right now called Twinkie, Deconstructed (http://books.google.com/books?id=7FfHJgKuUHkC&pg=PA257&lpg=PA257&dq=twinkie+deconstructed&source=bl&ots=dNV0cB8kw6&sig=Zh6PGTwXVfJPiJA8ty55IO8AcSQ&hl=en&ei=sxA1SuWiF5HoMOCu-IoK&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=4#PPP1,M1). It's about the different additives and WHAT our food is made from and HOW it is made. It is a pretty interesting read so far.

Hi Bombshells!
Sorry to be MIA, have had family from out of state, working on genealogy and yard work before they arrived - you know how you overdo when company's coming? Now we have DH's brother coming from Kentucky for a 2 week visit. We're going to try to finish the gazebo by then, plus I've been working and harvesting in the vegetable garden - lots of garlic, shallots and still planting more seeds. That thunderstorm got a bunch of my seeds all wet, so I went ahead and planted a ton of bush beans, pole beans, snow peas, corn, peppers and lettuce.
All that work has helped with my weight loss efforts too - 3 lbs this week! I'm not even trying - except just not eating all the sugary stuff. Had lasagna with my company even. Need to get on Zinke's level of water intake and with formal exercise. The water - no problem, the exercise - with all that's going on, will have to be yardwork for now.
I know I'm late, but dgramie - hope your DH health issues are controlled - prayers going up for him and you. Like Zinke said, take care of you first, Suzie, congrats on getting close to Onederland, one of my ultimate goals too. And our young gal with the prom pic - you looked so cute!
I'm finding if I don't make a "program", I do better. Just be more cautious and "normal". We'll see if it keeps working.

wow it was bueatiful out today and was able to get my 11 year old off the couch (for ice cream) but we had to walk there to get it...which took an hour and 15 minutes to walk....she so said it wasn't worth it...lol

It was pretty humid here today and I'm a profuse sweater. Ugh, I hate sweating without intent! :p What drives me especially crazy is, I'm one of those people that will start dripping sweat when I go from a hot place to a cooler place or vice-versa. Like, I'll be fine walking in 85% degree heat but the minute I step into a store or something, the sweat starts pouring off me, and my hair stays damp for hours. But...we had a street fair today, so I knocked off about 2 miles (by my pedometer) just walking around that and I didn't buy any food. Most of that stuff (sausage heroes, funnel cakes, zeppoles, etc.) are not huge temptations to me anyway.

Anyway...4 pounds lost in three weeks, I'm feeling a little like a :snail: .

Hi bombshells!
It's been a bit of a tough week for me. Was pretty sick for most of it with a nasty cold, lain in bed off work. Bit frustrating. Missed a week of my exercise schedule too. My appetite was very diminished though, so was easier to stick to plan, and I was downing water by the litre! Seems to have translated to the scales - lost over 3 lbs this week so I'm pretty psyched :)

My parents were visiting me over the weekend, helping whip my garden into shape. I'm pretty clueless with the gardening, but with their help we were able to do a pretty good job I think. Shall definitely be putting in for my gardening merit badge :) . They also offered to by me an outfit for a relative's wedding in August. I'd love to have dropped 15 lbs by then, so that will provide me with extra, much-needed motivation (I can use all the motivation I can get).

Nixmom - LOVE the reward envelope idea. Absolutely steal that idea from you :D

Jacque9999 - 3 lbs away, so impressive. Even if you do set yourself a new goal once you reach there, it's great that you've set yourself a target and achieved it (soon)!

SillyGirl - Bit behind the times here, but loved your dress. And now you get to enjoy your Summer. Yay!

Hope everyone gets weigh-ins they're happy with this week

Hey girls!

Hope all is well. Just wanted to check in now that the chores are done :D

gen0 ~ I have been dreaming of gardening. You are fortunate to have help for sure! Due to the wild varmits in my area, I would have to build an armored green house to keep the rabbits, ground squirrels, gophers, cats, coyotes, and neighbors dogs out of it. I went to Home Depot today and wandered through the garden section though... pretended I lived there for a minute! Good luck with your plants!

trekkie ~ wanna start a profuse sweating club? My son curses me because I passed it on to him. I can only imagine what hot flashes will consist of when I get there. I envision something straight outta saturday night live.... My sweating is actually why I cant pull off going to the gym at lunch... once I start, I dont stop, and the soaked hair thing... yeah, I totally get it!

me4life ~ kudos for being a responsible mom and making her work for the reward. Takes a lot of will power! Good for you!

zinke ~ Great job on shaving down the time!

Jacque - I'll have to check out Oxygen... Seen it, never read it.

Dora :carrot::carrot: on the loss!!!!!

Not looking forward to work tomorrow. Threats of 10% cuts now. Will probably know more Tuesday. Just glad to have a job, and hoping I dont have to go find a second one!

Hope you all have a great night and DONT FORGET TO WEIGH IN!!!!!!!!! WE NEED YOU ALL!

Hey everyone! I'm just checking in the night before the weigh in- the weigh in where I'll FINALLY have a decent loss! LOL!

It's been a super busy week around here with tons of kids and activities. AND RAIN! It's rained daily for 2 weeks. That NEVER happens here. Ever. We're the land of endless sunshine! At first it was sorta fun but now it's getting old. Temps are 10-20 degrees below normal. Brrr!

Even so, I managed to squeek in my 300 minutes of exercise which is my weekly goal and I've eaten decently. Except for tacos on Saturday but that shouldn't do me in.

And Dora- I'm eating a fresh garden salad with 3 different kinds of lettuce and Spinach harvested from my rain-soaked garden right now! I love having a good veggie garden.
