I know it's not much but it feels like an accomplishment and is serving as a motivator to continue :smug: I only have about 16 more to go so I'm sticking to the abs diet and upping my exercise because I know it'll only slow down from here... but I'm hoping for the best.

Keep it up and that's ten pounds that you never have to see again! Congrats on your loss!

Just remember to fuel the fire when you work out and get a rest day ^-^

AWESOME!! No, ten pounds is A LOT!!!!!! And a few more pounds to halfway -that's great! Go to the store, pick up two five pound bags of sugar and walk around for awhile - that's what YOU'RE NOT carrying around anymore. YEAH!!!!!

10lbs certainly is much!!!!! Especially when you weren't looking to lose a shedload like some us. Congratulations!
