Does anyone know how to adjust carb counts for marinated meats like carne asada? Does the count change when the meat is cooked and the marinade is absorbed or cooked off?

Since most "pre-made" marinades contain sugar & a good deal of sodium...I personally would avoid them and make my own marinade using Atkins friendly ingredients.
